Cayaland offers games, toys and exciting activities in Guatemala

Cayaland is the new space dedicated to children between the ages of 3 and 15 that Ciudad Cayalá has enabled since August 31, 2022, located in the Business District area, a few meters from the Cayibel gastronomic market. It offers great entertainment options, including the popular Carousel which was previously located at one of the entrances to Ciudad Cayalá and which is now located in Cayaland.

In addition, a playground with exciting obstacles has been built, the Extreme Games Eurobungywhere children —secured with a harness— will be able to take a climbing tour and demonstrate their skills in an extreme experience.

On the other side of this space is a race track installed by Berg Toyswhere children and adults can use pedal cars to have maximum fun while exercising their legs and competing to reach the finish line.

Ciudad Cayalá plans to use Cayaland to benefit children’s organizations in Guatemala, giving them free access to amenities for special celebrations. What a chili!

José Manuel Rivera, manager of the Cayalá Rental and Marketing Division, explained: “Places like these are very few in Guatemala, so it seemed ideal to us to be able to offer this beautiful space for boys and girls so that they can enjoy a moment of healthy recreation in family. Likewise, we will be inviting organizations that serve minors so that they can come and have fun in Cayaland.

Finally, the investment of said project was approximately 2 million quetzals.

What are Cayaland’s hours?

The entrance to Cayaland is free, although each activity has its own individual price. It is a safe and open-air space, with hours from Monday to Friday from 12:00 pm to 6:00 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Several kiosks located in the place offer toys and delicious food to live a pleasant day with the family. For example, National Geographic Kids is one of the present options, where you can exploit your children’s creativity and intelligence with toys designed to encourage love of science through fun.

Among the food offers available, brands such as Nutty & Co. —a new concept in Guatemala of hot and sweet nuts—, as well as Mini Melts —cryogenically frozen ice cream that ensures high quality and flavor—. Get to know them!

On the other hand, Cayaland will be the new train station that makes tours of Ciudad Cayalá, so you can go directly to this space to start the trip with your little ones. If you are looking for a place to celebrate special occasions with your children, Cayaland is also the ideal option, since you will be able to carry out birthday pinata and much more.
