In 2018, he announced a farewell tour that included two concerts at American Airlines Center, noting in a statement that he was “excited to close off that chapter of his life.” He extended the tour after bidding goodbye to Dallas-Fort Worth in 2018, booking two more shows at the AAC. When COVID-19 arrived, he rescheduled them to Jan 25 -26.
