Jorge Anleu he is a guatemalan known for having one of the largest Star Wars collections, same that began thanks to his father when he gave him toys from the famous franchise, at the beginning of the 80’s and that today has continued to grow. What a chili!

Jorge shared with Guatemala.com how he started his Star Wars collection thanks to gifts from his father, without thinking that one day he would become a collector. His passion for movies was a major factor in growing his anthology.

In 1995, the “Power of the Force” collection came to light, which increased Jorge’s desire to continue collecting unique pieces, which over time became precious treasures with great historical value. «I already lost count of how many figures I have, he says, but surely there are more than one thousand five hundred the ones I have.”

His passion for Star Wars also led him to meet his wife “I met my wife at Ricardo Alejos’s first Star Wars store, located at 15 Calle Zona 10, Guatemala City. Our son is named Ian after Ian McDiarmid, the actor who plays Emperor Palpatine.”
