Kengan Omega is a Japanese manga written by Yabako Sandrovich and illustrated by Doraemon. It is a famous martial arts manga that has kept its fans rooted to the story. The story revolves around Yamashita Kazuo who witnesses a street fight one day and gets involved in it involuntarily when Tokita Ohma roped him.

The storm of fights in the Kengan Annihilation Tournament has finally ended. And as expected, it was Sandrovich and Doc who won their final matches and advanced to the best 8.

Literally, right after the end of chapter 144, there was a sudden increase in speed by the author to finish this arc.

This is because news about Kengan Asura’s appearance at Jump Festa 2019 got out somehow and Kujira Fujii herself called it “a disaster”.

It appears that she didn’t want people other than Jump Festa staff to know about it in advance.

Having said that, I’m sure it would’ve been fine if she just made the announcement later when she’s done with this arc.
