She said she wants to create a world where models would have more agency over their actions and they are not just “silent clothing racks”. She wants models to be recognized as artists.

Madonna gave her daughter the best advice as she listened to her decision to get into modeling. “Remember. This S— is not real. It’s not about money or your face or how you look. It’s about what you’re bringing into the world and what you’re going to leave behind.” Lourdes said that the advice shakes her awake when she gets caught up in everything.

She is also aware of the toxicity and the thin facade of social media. She has been judged at a young age and she is safe due to her being private about everything. The advice given by her mother proved to be valuable to Leon.
