Mayor of Kingstown revolves around the story of the powerful McLusky family, power brokers in Kingstown, Michigan, in a city where incarnation business is the only way to win a bread. Handling and moving  around the relevant as well as contrasting themes of systemic racism, corruption and inequality, the series provides a blunt look at their attempt to bring order and justice to a town that does not have any of these traits.

Kyle and Ian are being investigated and observed by the officials for shooting the owner of the pizzeria. Mike brings everyone associated to make this case a drug bust, which most people he speaks with seem more than willing to do, but it is found that it is required drugs to be actually found or planted on the scene, and leaves Kyle and Ian cold-shouldered by the rest of the force in the meantime. 

Mike was approached by a man named Duchard, who wants his clever and witty and according to some people, possibly gang-affiliated younger brother out of prison, and an official representative from the District Attorney’s office who actually wants the murderer of his daughter to give another confession so that his trial can be again opened and he won’t be allowed the chance of execution.

The next episode is scheduled to be premiered on Paramount+ on Sunday, December 12, 2021. It’s the sixth of ten total episodes airing weekly between now and Sunday, January 16th, 2022, the other episodes are also expected to be aired on the same platform.

It is speculated that maybe Hakim has given Mike someone to genuinely care and love for, which will probably according to the estimations be both good and bad for him. We are speculating that we’ll see him bond with Hakim in coming episodes in the future, but we are also hoping that we’ll see someone use Hakim to get at him down the line.

After the big fuss made about Kyle’s career choice given his wife is pregnant, it’s hard to say where the storyline will be framed around. Either something is going to turn up that deems the shooting as unlawful, or someone will get caught trying to plant drugs on the scene, or something along those lines. We speculate the show might outright kill Kyle off, but having his face potentially losing his job and going to prison will certainly fulfill the same narrative function.
