Mei inquires as to what Izuku and Tenya require of her, with Izuku bemoaning the fact that his Danger Sense has yet to activate. Tanya tells Mei about how they came to get their Hero Costumes repaired. Tanya explains that due to recent disruptions to the agencies, they had to rely on the support course. Mei is perplexed as to why they didn’t take them to the item agency. Izuky realizes that Mei has no idea what’s going on outside because of Mei’s more casual reactions.

Eri’s Parentage Confirmed

We finally know who Eri is related to. There was a lot of guesswork involved until now (my money was on Nana). The answer is that she’s Yaoyorozu Momo’s little sister. I wonder what led the two to become separated? This revelation brings up more questions though. Did Yaomomo have a quirk, and if so why wasn’t Eri living with her? They were “hiding” from the heroes in Hosu when All Might saved them, but that was just because they made an enemy out of Tenya Iida (and probably Shouto by association).

  This recollection is made by Momo. The last time she saw Eri was before the sludge villain attack on Hosu. I wonder how long ago that was? Was it while she was still in school, or after she graduated? Either way, why did they split up? A flashback is shown of a young Yaomomo saying goodbye to Eri.

  But it’s not a pleasant goodbye between sisters. In fact, Yaomomo probably doesn’t even know that Eri being taken away was what led to her being kidnapped. This is terrible!

Awkwardness Ensues

In the present day, it’s revealed that the rest of Class 1-A is forced to move into another apartment because their building is being repaired. It’s a moment of levity in what’s been a fairly intense arc. Iida is shown to be upset about it, but Yaomomo just brushes it off and invites him into her apartment for dinner. The teasing between the class teasing starts when Mina asks Shouto if he were planning on living with Todoroki. He flat out denies it, despite the fact that his mom practically told him to do so. Now, this is an interesting development because last week I mentioned how Shouto was on his way to reaching some sort of understanding with Todoroki (he no longer hates him).

  The teasing continues, and Uraraka suggests he should live with her. Her reasoning is that they’re childhood friends, but it’s really just a cover for her true feelings. Todoroki brushes this off however and says that his mom already told him about the plan to live together anyway. Again this seems like he’s starting to accept his mother’s wishes regarding Todoroki, but then again maybe not. Yaomomo is very quick to tell Iida that she has plenty of space in her apartment for him, and then goes into a rant about his awful table manners.
