Ranking of Kings, also called Ousama Ranking, is a Japanese fantasy manga series. Written by Sōsuke Tōka, published by Echoes Enterbrain. The anime TV series is directed by Yōsuke Hatta and Makoto Fuchigami.
The protagonist of the series is Bojji, a guy who is both deaf and dumb. He can not speak and communicate with people. The only way he understands people is by reading their lips. This is not just enough of the struggle for him but he is not loved by anyone in the world, except his dead mother, Shiina. It is also seen that he has not realized it yet, but everyone loves him.
Both his mother (Shiina) and father, king Bosse, the current ruler of the kingdom, were giants. But Bojji was just the opposite of them. Even during his birth, he was born tiny! As the series progressed and new episodes were released, viewers became a fan of Bojji and felt a sense of attachment with him. Everything that was connected with Bojji felt very genuine and real for the viewers. His journey touched hearts, his enemies, his emotions, his determination, all of his were so pure and genuine that it felt as if we were Bojji.

Bojji got his own weapon. It seemed like a needle but it did suit Bojji. Bojji was a little disappointed as he thought he didn’t meet Kage’s expectations. Bojji wants to be the king. He has a younger brother named Daida. Bojji was not jealous of him but he felt bad about not being able to do things “normally”. Bojji dreams of having a normal life and feeling more strong and capable of things.
