Platinum End episode 7 picks after the scene of the explosion at the grand tower and Mukaido is thrown to a building. Mirai runs to him begging for him to be alive after which Mukaido tells him about what to do next only to realize that Metropoliman is standing right behind him. After which Mirai has a brief talk about their beliefs and decision-making process for becoming a god.

After that, we get to see Mukaido telling some plan to defeat Metropoliman while thinking what Metropoliman’s next move might be, just then Meyza The “Angel of Lust” appears on order of Metropoliman after which he explains his plan to which Mukaido had to surrender eventually and simply accepts his deal by asking Metropoliman to kill him instead of Mirai.

Mirai goes insane and a fight breaks out between him and Metropoliman just before he was about to hit Mukaido with his White arrow. We get the insight from Baret that the arrow can be deflected using another arrow. After watching some action between Mirai and Metropoliman, Mukaido finds an opportunity to rain down bullets on Metropoliman.

Metropoliman survives, thanks to his bulletproof suit of his but his mask broke, leaving some part of his face visible enough for Mirai to see and not hit him with the red arrow of his.

Metropoliman escapes and Mukaido and Mirai return to Saki’s flat where Mirai questions his abilities to hurt someone or even to retaliate to any violence that he has been objected to and calls himself a coward. To this, Nasse tells him that it’s neither his cowardice nor his weakness, it’s just his kindness that he is unable to hurt someone.
