Sister Wives is an American Television Reality Show produced by Deanie Wilcher and broadcasted by TLC. The first episode of season 1 aired on  26 September 2021.

The story follows the life of a polygamist family including Kody Brown(father), and his four wives named Meri, Janelle, Christine, and Robyn, and their 18 children.

The family first began living in Lehi, Utah but moved to Las Vegas, Nevada, the USA in 2011. Brown and his four wives revealed that they participated in the show to spread awareness about Polygamist families.

The family really wants to be reunited with each other as they really miss each other and adore every member of their family. Due to the pandemic, they hadn’t seen each other and that was very hard for them. Meanwhile, Kody is concerned about Covid-19 and why shouldn’t he be, everywhere you go you see a different covid variant. And for a family as large as theirs, it wouldn’t be hard for the disease to spread if it catches even 1 member of the family.

Kody scared of the virus became socially isolated even when he visited his previous spouses and the kids now despise him for that. They all used to live in the same area and could see each other every day and also see their father every day which they are unable to do because of the pandemic and also because of the restrictions that Kody imposed.
