The 43rd edition of the Palacio de Minería International Book Fair (FIL) will be held, for the second consecutive year, remotely, from March 24 to April 3, with 120 activities broadcast on its social networks (Facebook Live, YouTube and www.filmineria.unam.mx), from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., informed the director of the oldest publishing fair in the country, Fernando Macotela Vargas.
In the emblematic halls of the Palacio de Minería, 13 events per hour will be held, including book presentations, talks, round tables, poetry recitals, a story fair, and cycles of horror and scientific literature, he said. .
The Mining FIL has become a good showcase for the sale of books, which in many parts of the country have distribution problems; in this edition you will be able to make purchases directly with the publishing houses, he informed.
