Hyeryung comes home to a furious Chaeyoung. Chaeyoung is immensely hurt as she gets to know that all she believed in so far was a sheer lie. She is shocked upon finding out from her boyfriend that all that her mother said about him was untrue. On the other hand, Hwaeum is frightened upon hearing that Joonhyuk is unconscious in the hospital and gives him a soft peck. Joonhyuk questions her on the perpetrator’s identity and his connection to Hyeryung’s daughter however, she says to him that she has paid for his surgery and so he had to be silent in return. An irritated Joonhyuk reluctantly agrees with her. Joon-hee discovers that Chaeyoung is Hyeryung’s daughter.

    Joon-hee and Kyungil both go on a small road trip with the kids. On this trip, Joon-hee asks Kyungil if it would be better if they were just friends because of an incident that happens when they are at a rest stop. As they are buying food, Joonhee sees her ex-husband with his new girlfriend. She is surprised and takes Jihoo to the car immediately and they are soon united as a couple.
