A million things happened previously on an ‘A Million little things’. We begin with Maggie who hopes to speak to Jane as she wants to keep her interim position as Dr. Stacy. However, she sees Jane and Nick arguing and leaves the room, making an off-handed comment about the two making the place a hostile working environment to HR. On her second opportunity to speak to Jane, Maggie receives hope as she is in the running for the position but is also told to stop gossiping about her, Jane, to HR.
Paragon+ is interested in streaming and possibly buying Rome and Tyrell’s documentary. When they receive a call stating their film was pulled out from the film festival, however, it is revealed that Paragon+ simply bought Rome and Tyrell’s movie to prevent any competition their own documentary would face as their film was of a similar nature.
Eddie’s therapist Russ asks him to listen to Nicole’s side of the story from the day of the accident. A heartbreaking story of domestic violence for Nicole, she offers him to pay him as reparations. After his meeting with Nicole, Eddie confesses to Theo that I may never walk again but is grateful for his life because there is always someone out there who has it worse.
We also see further development between Gary and Darcy.
