All the contestants are not having that many difficulties as the show has just begun, but as time will pass their difficulties will increase. Everyone is trying their best to gather food as it is the most important aspect of survival with their own skillsets.

Season 8 took place at Chilco Lake in British, Columbia, and Canada and I think we are going to have a pretty interesting Season. The first thing that will get your attention is the location so choco lake is not very far from Vancouver so this is the closest the show took place near a major city. The twist here could be the weather could not be as harsh as the nearly past two seasons. In this episode, 5 contestants could show their stuff and next week there will be 5 more.

We would be talking about the next 5 people. First in line is Nate. He labeled himself as a problem solver and consider it his biggest asset. He does have outdoor and survival skills as a 22-year military veteran. He even on grouse while fishing which could act as a perfect advantage for him. There was a strange incident that happened between Nate and squirrels, they get into a fight and time and again start stealing mushrooms.

The next in line is Michelle. Her first kill was Cricket, she was scoffed at by saying that she might win the show. Her skill set is primitive skills. She is more inclined towards plants, initially, it’s fine. But at a later stage, she might need some meat to survive. Her first priority was building chairs, rather than building a shelter.

Then, Coulter has gone to like attitude. He cares a little bit less about what to do next. He saw a lake and build a boat. We still are not sure whether it’s worth having a boat or not, let’s see. 

The next is Teresa. She has kind of different skill set than any other competitors. Her focus is prehistoric and stone-age survival. She builds a unique shelter, it is a pit. But we don’t know how it will work out for her.

The last contestant is Jordan. He was seen eating a single ant. His skill sets are bushcraft and hunting. His montage looks like multiple traps. Lets, see what happens to Jordan.
