• In chapter 138 we see that Eren’s titan doesn’t destroy the shining worm controlling it and while Survey Corps. are celebrating the halt of the Rumbling, Eren’s Titan form once again starts moving and soon the worm summons a horde of Titans.
• Levi also informs Mikasa that they are the only 2 people left who can kill Eren and as if in a dream-like state, Mikasa sees a world completely different. She sees herself with Eren all alone in a hut by the mountains.
