The addition of a grappling hook that allows players to traverse levels with ease is the biggest revelation regarding Battlefield 2042. A major element of verticality to gunfights is added to the new tool.

The transitions between gunfights in the street, through buildings, and across rooftops are showed off seamlessly in the trailer.  A sandstorm dominates the combat area, throwing planes, helicopters, and just about everything else, into skyscrapers and all this happens only.

 The game will take players to unique and carried regions including an Antarctic tundra, a sandstorm-covered metropolis, and a futuristic neon-lit city, the game is all set in the ‘ near future.

The good news for fans, they will be able to get involved in a beta test during July. EA Officially announced Battlefield 2042, which will release in October 2021.

PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, with three different versions available, the new Battlefield is available to pre-order now.

The cost of standard PS4, Xbox One, and PC versions is £59.99 while the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S versions cost £69.99. There’s also a Gold Edition available for Battlefield 2042 costing  £89.99 on PC and £99.99 on the console. 

By pre-ordering any of these editions, you’ll get access to the open beta.

Battlefield 6 officially called ‘Battlefield 2042’ is going to release in October.

 “The most ambitious” entry in the series yet, Battlefield 2042 is being touted. With 128-player maps available on the latest consoles and PC it built the latest Frostbite engine,  new weapons are host, vehicles and gadgets are also being introduced – and rumors of a robot dog, yes they were true. As rumored Battlefield 2042 won’t have a campaign mode or a Battle Royale mode, players will have access to three “distinct, standout multiplayer experiences”.
