Grinding Gear Games has revealed Path of Exile recorded a record 270,260 concurrent users with the release of the Siege of the Atlas expansion. This is a remarkable number for a game that has been available since 2013. The studio has also been congratulated for the implementation of the new content, which has been done without problems.

“Over the weekend, we launched Path of Exile: Siege of the Atlas. We are happy to say that the implementation went extremely smoothly and there were no major issues!” says Grinding Gear Games. “We also hit a new record for concurrent players: 270,260! We are monitoring all the comments and reports from the players, and this week we will start preparing the list of improvements that we will be implementing.
