The duel between New Zealand and Costa Rica for a place in the Qatar-2022 World Cup will be played on June 14, it was announced this Wednesday.

The intercontinental play-off had been scheduled for June 13 or 14 in Doha, but there was no definite date.

The New Zealand soccer federation confirmed on Twitter the date of the playoffs.

The winner of this duel will be included in Group E of the World Cup in Qatar, along with Germany, Spain and Japan.
