Rags to Riches, Moo Hak grew up in the market as a peddler. His ability to make money, however, drags him all the way to being the managing director of Dondon F and B, a global restaurant chain his family started. A hardworking strong-willed individual, his only real downside is his love for money. 

On the other hand, we have Da Li, born into riches, she is from an upper-class family who run an art gallery. Her life takes a turn when her father passes away leading her to bankruptcy. Da Li must now find a way to preserve her family’s art gallery.

How will the lives of an upper-class lady and a rags to riches man intertwine? Like any other love story, they will begin as creditor and debtor over the art gallery.

Da Li reveals to Moo Hak that the thief had returned. To help her feel safe Moo Hak invites Da Li back to his place. Their evening was full of entertainment as speak and discuss various topics. The main highlights of the evening are when Da Li offers to wash the dishes making a huge mess and at night she has a nightmare and is comforted by Hak after some kind words. These two events are significant as they bring the pair a lot closer to each other, teasing a future relationship.

Da Li and Moo Hak meet with Joo Won Tak. The trio come to the conclusion that it was not a simple burglary case rather a grudge. While searching the house Da Li finds an earring which ends up being vital evidence. It is at the office Da Li finds out that the earring belongs to Gong Ju.

We join An Sang Tae for lunch as he reveals his strategy to seize control over Da Li’s gallery. We also see Jang Tae-Jin’s repeated attempts to spend more time with Da Li and Moo Hak seem to find himself stuck in a one-way relationship with Chak Hee.

The final few moments of the episode showcases Da Li and Tae-Jin eating together. Tae Jin reveals facts about Moo Hak after which he questions how much she truly knows the man. The episode ends with Moo Hak walking in on their lunch.
