Kevin Feige’s recent comments about Loki actually confirm that these characters can be brought back anytime the Marvel Cinematic Universe wants with ease. During an interview, Feige said he wanted to do something with the character Loki while he believes in the fact that they have left the loose end in series Loki which tipped them off for what the series Loki could be. That is why by the time Endgame was released, they knew where it was going, the executive said and hence the endgame was a blast later.
