Hotel Transylvania 4 is the fourth and final installment of the Hotel Transylvania in the sequence. It is one of the most loved and famous animated series. Hotel Transylvania 4 is all set to be released on July 23, 2021. All fans and audience get your popcorns baked and drinks ready.
Hotel Transylvania Plot
The sequel of the movie revolves around the life of Count Dracula, his daughter, and son-in-law, as well as all other forms, originated creatures all residing in a titular Hotel Transylvania. The film stars Adam Sandler in the lead voice role alongside Selena Gomez, Andy Samberg, and the remaining ensemble.
The twist came when the whole concept of the series is turned upside down. All the creatures including Count Dracula and others residing in Hotel Transylvania get transformed into Humhoan beings, whom they hate the most. Sony announced in April 2021 that Sandler would not be coming back for his role in the movie, but didn’t give a reason. Sandler departs from the Hotel Transylvania franchise after playing the role for nearly nine years, since 2012. The new role of Count Dracula has been taken up by Brian Hull, who has previously voiced the character in a Hotel Transylvania short film, Monster Pets.
Neither Sony nor Adam Sandler has made any statement regarding his official leave from the movie. Although, the whole fan base is already showing less interest in the movie as they are feeling the absence of Adam Sandler through the trailer only, while creators Jennifer Kluska and Derek Drymon do not seem to be sharing the same feelings. The director of the first three films in the franchise, Genndy Tartakovsky has previously shared about having certain creative conflicts with Adam but we cannot conclude that as the official reason behind Sandler’s exit.

Brian Hull has replaced franchise star Adam Sandler as the voice of Drac. Hull has experience in the role, having previously voiced the character in the short film Monster Pets. Directors Jennifer Kluska and Derek Drymon have said that the film’s storyline allowed them to make the change in actors.
Derek said: “The fact that he turns into a human was a good opportunity to do things a little differently. He could be a little different than he was in the movies, and it would be natural. So, it kind of was the perfect movie to have a person come in and fill those shoes.” Meanwhile, Jennifer added: “We started with the design, and how do we make that character feel as different as possible. He’s not going to animate the same; he’s not going to look the same. And it felt like embracing Brian and, more specifically, embracing what the difference in that would be as a human. It felt like it was a great opportunity.”
