Jamie Johnson is a 12-year-old boy who aspires to be a renowned footballer, he also does the hard work to make his dreams come true. The only things which pulled him back were his anger and getting distracted by everything happening around him.

When Jamie’s father left him and his mother, he was forced to move and start a rough new mid-term school. There he befriends a girl named Jack who was also passionate about football and helped him in different ways, he also met Hugo Bogson or Boggy, a boy who can avert the bullies of their school using his shrewdness.

Jamie also kept himself busy, trying to find his father, and one day doing so it looks like he is about to dissipate his chances of ever getting selected in a school team. He always glorified his father and one day he happens to know the awful truth about his father, but he fights back the only way he knows – with a football at his feet.
