The scene changes and the duo are found on a beach. Mai says that due to her wounds, what she will develop will eventually bring her death.

Mai prepares to head toward the waters with Maki trying to stop her. However, it is revealed what Mai feels that Maki will never turn out to be a tougher fighter while she is around. Maki is still trying to stop her from heading towards the water. Before going, Mai tells her to destroy it all.

The scene goes back to the room and Maki wakes up. It is shown that she is already dead. When Ogi sees Maki, he remembers Touji. He encounters her and tells her that he will show that he is the real boss of the Zenin clan.
