Airam is Maria’s twin but her personality shows her to be more charismatic, assertive, and beautiful than her. As the movie moves ahead, a series of tragedies befall her. As the story proceeds further, it is revealed to us that Amy had given birth to twin daughters, who were euthanized by Dan owing to her supposed physical deformities. Airam left the motel in order to pay a visit to Dan’s clinic with the purpose of confronting the latter. She demanded him to answer her whether or not ‘he would have still loved her if she was physically deformed,’ to which he answers in affirmation. However, she slits his throat and killed him.
