At SW.A.T. Season 5, we opened with Hondo returning to SWAT. Before he does, his father warns him and warns him not to give up on his job. In time Luca let H Hondo and Deacons know how he felt about Sanchez. He believes he has to have an Agenda to come back. The deacon, at this time, believes it is only related to the history they had. The group later found out where the whole gang would be sitting. The group came to the witness stand. The group entered, but it was Hondo who led them, which led to the arrest of the remaining members. Sanchez finally admitted that he came to investigate the group and all its conflicts. But he is proud of the team, and he will not withdraw it. H Hondo has seen that he encourages children out there who join SWAT because of him. The episode closes with Luca bringing Renee to H Hondo’s house. He pointed out that Sanchez has an agenda, and that makes Hondo stop SWAT.
