On 24th June 2021, Netflix officially announced that sex education season 3 will be premiered on September 17th, 2021.

Sex education season 1 and 2 were released in January 2019 and 202 respectively, Fans expects that sex education season 3 will be released the same as their previous season release dates but due to coronavirus pandemic, The production for sex education season 3 was kicked off later than planned.
For now, all we know is that sex education season 3 will be comprised of a total of 8 episodes.

After Watching the sex education season 3 announcement video, We can expect the following known faces all popped up, which we fully expected given how integral they are to the series:
Otis, Eric (Ncuti Gatwa), Jean (Gillian Anderson), Maeve (Emma Mackey), Aimee (Aimee Lou Wood), Adam (Connor Swindells), Jackson (Kedar Williams-Stirling), Ola (Patricia Allison), Lily (Tanya Reynolds), and Headmaster Groff (Alistair Petrie).
We can also expect The Bridgestone season 2 starrer, Simone Ashley, to be in the cast of sex education season 3 and the untouchables starrers Ruby (Mimi Keene) and Anwar (Chaneil Kular) as well.

Otis And Ola
At the ending of the first season of sex education, we got to see that Otis started dating this girl named Ola, well see that Otis is having his first experience in a relationship and we got to see how their relationship makes progress but there is still one really important factor in this whole relationship that eventually will not let them continue with said relationship, And it’s that Otis is still in love with meave, Yet surprisingly he still wants his relationship to work and it is actually Ola who break things off because she starts to get feelings for someone else from the start of this relationship.
We knew that this wasn’t gonna be it we knew that their relationship wasn’t gonna keep moving forward we didn’t actually know when exactly they were gonna stop being a thing but we did know that it was bound to end eventually, And just like Otis was having his struggles with his relationship we saw that meave was struggling to not accept that she is hung up on Otis.
Meaves Relation With Her Mother
We get see two new characters being introduced that are gonna be a part of meave life from now on and we are talking about meaves mother who misses Erin and her little sister well, We first see them interact in the mall while meave is working at the food court she chases her mother who was trying to apparently hide and right off the bat, We get to see that their relationship is not good at all, We get to see how meave is really cold and distant towards her mom and how Erin is just trying to make things right and she was doing so well until she slipped she started using again and well eventually things do not end up in a good way Maeve ends up calling Child Protective Services in order to protect her little sister from having the same shitty life that she had growing up she didn’t want her little sister to suffer like she did.
Raheem The Cool Dude
While we’re still on the topic of new characters being introduced, This new character whose name is Raheem and we see that absolutely everyone is crazy for Raheem they don’t want to be wolf Rahim and we see that Rahim sets his eyes on one familiar character who mis Eric now we see that Rahim is really cool with everything like he doesn’ tmind kissing Eric in public we see that he doesn’t mind learning something new even going to church even though his whole family are atheist he doesn’t mind doing new things in order to have a good relationship with Eric and certainly Rahim does not deserve what he got which is a broken heart because even though he did all those things in order to maintain a healthy and stable relationship with Eric there was still one factor that he didn’t count on and it’s that Eric is in love with Adam just like Adam is in love with Eric, Yet again there wasn’t anything that Rahim could have done for Eric to change his mind Like that was all Eric and even though they did make a cute couple we all knew that it was in love a battle and that wasn’t gonna change.
The Military School
We did get to see that on the last season of sex education he was sent to a military school well that didn’t last long either because he was kicked out because he was framed for having drugs under his pillow obviously we do know that they were planted there and they were just trying to get rid of Adam because he saw two of his bunkmates well together and they were having a homosexual relationship and they didn’t want anyone to find out. Adam comes back can’t join the school again so he starts working where Ola works actually which is Raheem’s uncle’s shop, we see how he sneaks at night in order to spend some time with Erik but eventually, Erik doesn’t want to keep on sneaking around he basically tells Adam, If you want to be with me you can’t be afraid of what other people think and that he can’t be with someone that doesn’t love himself and it actually takes Adams parents to get a divorce in order to Adam realized that he must be who he is and love himself how he is.
Otis And Meave
We got to see how Otis had his relationship and how meave was just struggling to accept the fact that she was hung up on Otis now we see that meave had a great opportunity to sell all this how she feels she eventually did later on but that wasn’t the exact moment when she needed to tell him how she felt she just waited too long and when she finally confesses Otis pushes her away, Otis is arriving to see meave she recently just left now we see how Isaac tells him that meave is not there and everything else and Otis tells Isaac to tell meave to check her messages and we see how Isaac listened to the voicemail and how Isaac deletes the voicemail so now Eve has no way of knowing how Otis feels.

Meave And Issac
So as we see that in sex education season 2 Otis finally create some guts to tell meave how he fells for her, But eventually, meave never gets to listen to those voice males as Issac deletes them, So we can expect meave and Issac to be in a relationship in the starting of sex education season 3, As Issac loves meave and also meaves is emotionally connected with issac and they both are really good friends.
Otis And Meave
According to some experts, we could see Otis and meave together in sex education season 3, But is it only possible when meave gets to know the reality, But as we know meave never gets to listen to those voicemails but on the other hand Otis thinks that meave have listened to the voicemails and she does not loves him, So we can also see some wrong fehmi between the two.
