British Prime Minister Boris Johnson announced on Friday the reopening “next week” of the UK embassy in kyiv, closed in the wake of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

“I can announce today that we will reopen our embassy in the Ukrainian capital very soon, next week,” Johnson told a news conference, concluding an official trip to India.
