As the authorities have said till now, Kelly Marcel returned back to write Venom. She was said to be busy with some projects like Disney’s Cruella and the sci-fi movie Terra Nova. However, Tom Hardy convinced Sony to call her back to work on the sequel of Venom. The Venom 2018, didn’t really show the partnership element between Venom and Eddie, both played by Tom Hardy. So, in this sequel part, we can expect that the writers might have increased some screentime for that partnership element and to show to companionship yet with differences between them both. Yet, many things are left to unfold till the movie is released.
