Episode 9, also known as the final episode of the show was titled ‘What If… the Watcher Broke His Oath?’ It was released on Wednesday, October 6, 2021. In this episode, we saw that the Watcher employs Strange-Supreme, Captain Carter, Star-Lord T’Challa, “Party” Thor, Black Panther Killmonger as well as a Gamora variant who was successful in executing Thanos from their own universes in order to fight against Ultron. They travel together to a different universe. There, they see that there is a lack of intelligent life with a clear view to preparing. However, Thor was seen attracting Ultron’s notice by accident.
