The British army still fought valiantly against the Nazis and they had high morale as they kept defending the cities of Britain. The scenes in “The Battle of Britain” were taken in some parts of Britain, The city of London, Malta, Basque, and even Spain. The title sequence was shot at Tablada Airport in Spain and the Radio Controller’s bass scene was shot at the village of Chilham in Kent.

The primary shots were taken in London where the blitz happened a lot. The shots were taken specifically in the St Katharine Docks district in London where props for demolished houses were used and the shots of Nazi aircraft were taken. The remaining shots were taken in Malta, Basque Country, RAF Bentley Priory. Spain was used to taking the scenes for the Dunkirk escape. The shots were meticulously taken to show the accuracy of the Dunkirk escape plan by the British and the French.
